Resident Student Parking

A resident student is a student who resides on campus in the dormitories.

Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement begins approximately 2 weeks following the start of each semester to ensure students have time to register for parking.

Fall and Spring semesters: If a student is taking at least one on-campus class, a transportation fee is added to the student's tuition bill at the time the student registers for classes.

Summer and Intersession semesters: A request for parking must be submitted by filling out the form: myMCC > Student Home > Parking. A $50 fee will be charged upon submission. Please contact Student Accounts regarding the summer parking fee.

RESIDENT LOTS

Parking lots R, S and T are designated for resident students only. Between the hours of midnight and 6:00 am, all resident students must be parked in one of those three lots. Anyone parked outside of those lots will be subject to ticketing.

Parking lots C, D, E, F, G, H, H1, J M, M1 and Q are also designated for all students on the Brighton Campus between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight. After 5:00 pm, lots A and K on the Brighton Campus are also available for all students who have a valid semester parking registration.

Registered students are prohibited from parking in the visitor’s lot (lot V) for any reason.
