U-Pass Info

These services are funded by MCC’s transportation fee.

Federal financial aid, scholarships, grants, loans and other resources available through MCC may defray the cost for qualified students. (The New York State Tuition Assistance Program, TAP, cannot be used to cover the cost of the transportation fee.)

Some students—including those who take all their classes online or at the Public Safety Training Facility and those enrolled in dual-enrollment courses—are not assessed a transportation fee and are not eligible for the services.

During summer sessions, you can ride the bus by paying rates specified by RTS. Summer parking permits are available online.
