Advisement Support

Students who have questions about their academic schedule or need to meet with an advisor to review your courses, please contact the Advisement Office for assistance.

Counseling Supports

Monroe Community College’s Counseling Center provides support to currently enrolled students by defining and accomplishing personal, academic, and career goals. Staff are committed to providing a professional and confidential setting for the psychological, emotional, and developmental support of students as they pursue academic goals and explore personal growth and development. Financial Aid and Scholarships

ADA TAP is an option for students with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). If eligible, ADA TAP allows a qualified student to be at part-time status (3-11 credits per semester) and receive an adjusted ADA TAP award based on the registered credit hours. MCC also has scholarship opportunities for students interested in applying.

Health Services

Monroe Community College’s Health Services staff serve currently enrolled students at the college by ensuring students are compliant with NYS Public Health law for immunizations requirements. Students may refer to the Health Services office for additional information.

MCC Libraries

Students have access to use the MCC Libraries for assistance with finding research articles, citing sources, reserving a private study room, printing services, etc. For additional information, students can refer to the MCC Libraries website.

Technology Support

Students who are seeking technical support can contact the Student Technology Help Desk for support with your MCC Student Email, how to login to a campus computer, etc. For additional technical support for remote or online learning (how to login to Zoom, how to download the MCC Mobile App, tips for online learning, etc.). refer to your myMCC account.

TRIO Student Support Services

Students who apply may be eligible to receive services from the TRiO Student Support Services. The program provides a wide range of services to support students with navigating the college experience such as tutoring, academic advisement, transfer advisement, and various workshops. Tutoring Services

All students may access the Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC) at the college. The TAAC offers free tutoring assistance to students. For more information and to schedule an appointment, refer to the TAAC website.
